Our Staff
Lacey started working at Hilltop in July 2010. She became a Certified Activity Coordinator in November 2010. Lacey is originally from Cresco, Iowa, where she worked in childhood development. She and Tim reside in Okoboji with their two children, Blake and Anna Marie. She enjoys spending most of her time with her family when shes not at Hilltop working.
Chris has been in long term care for over 11 years. Chris originally started out in long term care as a direct care giver in an ICF/MR unit at Community Care in Clinton County, Iowa on 2nd shift. He is originally from Clinton, Iowa, where he was most recently the administrator at Eagle Point Nursing & Rehab. Center. He is a 1994 graduate of The University of Northern Iowa with a Business Administration degree and Economics Minor. Chris was very active in the community in Clinton; including Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Board Member and as a Big Brother, Alzheimer's Annual Memory Walk Planning Committee, Aegis Community Credit Union Board Member, RSVP Senior Mobile Meals Board Member and Volunteer Route Driver, Salvation Army Board Member and Women's Health Services as a Board Member.

Chris and his wife Megan, have twin girls, Abigail and Bryanna.
Ashley started as the office clerk at Hilltop Care Center in August of 2007. In July of 2011, she was promoted to Business Office Manager. She and her husband Chris reside in Lake Park with their sons, Jayden and Grady.
Brad has been the Dietary Manager at Hilltop Care Center since July of 2006. He graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College in Emmetsburg, IA, with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Management. He has been in the hospitality industry for 18 years, working in restaurants, resorts, hospitals and long-term care facilities. Brad and his wife, Amy, live in Lake Park. He enjoys his job and loves creating new and exciting meals for the residents.
Chad has been employed at Hilltop Care Center since July of 1996. He has many years of experience in repair and maintenance and is the go-to-guy for any maintenance issues at the facility. He and Rita (the Director of Nursing) live in Spirit Lake.
Rita has been an employee of Hilltop Care Center for 30 years. She received her degree in Nursing in 1990. In 1991, she became Assistant Director of Nursing and in 1999 was promoted to Director of Nursing. She is very proud of the staff of Hilltop and glad to be their director.
Kelly started working at Hilltop Care Center in September of 2006, doing some part-time Social Work. Kelly came to Hilltop Care Center full time as the Human Resource Director in January of 2008. She made the change to full time at Hilltop Care Center because it is truly a wonderful place to work. In July 2011, Kelly was promoted to the full-time Social Worker. Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Education.
