Aides work side by side with our residents and their families to assist in general day to day nutrition activites. Aides are responsible for preparation of portions of meals, presentation and delivery of food.  Also responsible for the sanitary condition of tableware and working area, delivering and collecting food in and around resident's rooms.  Full or Part time shifts available.

Full Time 1st shift   6:00am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekends

Part Time 1st shift  6:00am - 2:00pm  2-3 days per week + rotating weekends

Full time 2nd shift  12:00pm - 8:00pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekends

Community Relations Representative

This team member is responsible for directing census development and implementing business strategies to ensure strong customer and referrer responsiveness, appropriate market penetration and a positive company image. The Community Relations Representative develops, implements, and evaluates the community’s sales and marketing plan in order to meet all business and profitability goals. The position is responsible for the overall successful execution of referrals at the community level, defined as meeting or exceeding budgeted goals, including appropriate payer mix ratios. The Community Relations Representative is also responsible for building and maintaining a working referral database through networking and face to face sales calls. In order to accomplish this responsibility, the Community Relations Representative will spend roughly 80% of their work week conducting sales calls, gathering referrals and establishing clear communication measures between the referral source and community. The Community Relations Representative will also participate in the development of special events on-site and off-site to further generate community awareness and exposure.

Core Competencies:
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative census and marketing strategies resulting in increased census mix
* Proven understanding of payer sources, specifically Medicare, Medicaid, Short Term Skilled and Private Pay, with the ability to identify appropriate referral sources for each
* Demonstrated success in communicating clearly and appropriately with the administrator, care team, referral sources, residents and families
* Proven ability to be creative and flexible in executing multi-faceted problem solving
* Demonstrated experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
* Solid computer skills with experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
* Able to show sensitivity to the needs of older adults and their families
* Able to provide and receive constructive feedback
* Able to plan and prioritize work
* Reliable and available transportation, including a valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
