Aides work side by side with our residents and their families to assist in general day to day nutrition activites. Aides are responsible for preparation of portions of meals, presentation and delivery of food. Also responsible for the sanitary condition of tableware and working area, delivering and collecting food in and around resident's rooms. Full or Part time shifts available.
Full Time 1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekends
Part Time 1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm 2-3 days per week + rotating weekends

Assistant Director of Nursing

Hilltop Care Center is accepting applications for Assistant Director of Nursing. The Assistant must possess a strong commitment to the success of the facility and continuously provide the highest quality of care to the residents.
The Assistant to the Director of Nursing provides supervision, instruction, conducts in-service programs, observes and provides feedback on nursing practices for compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations. Performs duties of staff nurse including health assessments, developing and evaluation of care plans, and residents' medicaton and treatment. Complies with supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and training; schedules, assignments, performance and conflict resolution. Has ability to work flexible hours to meet the requirements of the position including meeting on call needs.
RN Licensure by Iowa Board of Nursing, BSN preferred. Minimum of one year of full time management nursing experience. Experience in LTC and geriatric strongly preferred.
